Terms of Service for Better Church Video by Overflow Creative, LLC
Effective Date: January 18, 2025
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the Better Church Video course, a product of Overflow Creative, LLC (“Course”), you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access the Course or its content.
Course Access and Account Use
To access the Course, you must create an account on OverflowCreative.net
To change account settings, password, add or remove team members (team plan only), or modify or cancel your subscription, you can do so on your account tab once logged into your account.
Starter/Free Accounts: Allows access to a limited amount of content from the course and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Individual Accounts: May only be used by the individual who created the account and may not be shared or transferred.
Team Accounts: Includes everything from Individual accounts, plus access for up to 25 team members. Each member must have their own unique login, and logins cannot be shared among multiple individuals.
Sharing login credentials for individual accounts, free accounts, team admin accounts, and team member accounts with unauthorized individuals may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Both individual and team accounts offer monthly or annual payment options.
During your active subscription, new assets, resources, course lessons/videos, or benefits may be added. These are not available to canceled or expired accounts.
Upon cancelation or expiration of your Better Church Video subscription, all applicable Terms will still apply.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Overflow Creative, LLC is not liable for unauthorized access due to the sharing or mishandling of credentials.
Licensing
Licensing is based on an individual level, not an organizational level.
Starter/Free Accounts
The Starter/Free Account Tier allows access to a limited portion of Better Church Video, including:
Access to a small selection of lessons, determined by Overflow Creative, LLC.
No guaranteed support beyond general course access.
No access to additional assets, templates, or digital resources provided in the paid plans.
Individual Accounts
Grant access to a single person, regardless of whether they are accessing the Course for personal use or on behalf of a business or church.
The account may not be shared with other individuals.
Team Accounts
Designed for churches and/or organizations needing multiple team members to access Better Church Video.
Allows access for up to 25 individuals within the same organization, each with their own unique login.
Team licenses are limited to a single campus or physical location of a church or organization. If the organization operates multiple campuses, a separate license is required for each campus.
Each team account member must be either:
A paid staff member of the same organization as the account administrator, or
An active volunteer with the same organization as the account administrator.
Team accounts are not transferable or sharable outside the subscribing organization.
Team accounts must be managed by a designated account administrator who is responsible for maintaining compliance with these Terms.
Custom licensing can be created upon request for greater than 25 team members, or a modified version of these terms. Unless otherwise specified, all terms still apply.
Overflow Creative, LLC reserves the right to terminate any account found in violation of these Terms.
Payments and Refund Policy
Payments are securely processed through our payment platform.
Due to the downloadable nature of Better Church Video resources, no refunds will be issued to subscribers after purchase, unless under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or technical errors, and at the sole discretion of Overflow Creative, LLC.
All subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled.

Certain jurisdictions may have mandatory refund rights that override this policy. Where applicable by law, those rights shall apply.
Sales tax collection
Overflow Creative, LLC is required to collect and remit sales tax on purchases where applicable based on your location. Sales tax will be calculated and added to the total purchase price at checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to the final total, including any applicable taxes.
Upon renewal of your subscription, we reserve the right to adjust the subscription fees. The renewal price may increase up to price currently listed on the "Pricing" section on the Better Church Video website. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and you may cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date if you do not accept the new price.
Applicable taxes will also apply to subscription renewals unless a valid exemption is provided before the renewal date.
If you qualify for a tax exemption, you are responsible for providing valid documentation prior to completing your purchase. Failure to do so may result in taxes being collected that are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property and Content Usage
All content within the Course, including videos, written materials, and downloadable resources, is the property of Overflow Creative, LLC and protected under copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access Better Church Video for personal or team use based on your account type.
Prohibited Uses:
Redistributing, copying, recording, or publicly sharing Course content without permission.
Using the content for training purposes or public viewing outside of uses outlined in these Terms without a proper license.
Use of the content in any pornographic, obscene, defamatory or unlawful manner.
Any detected misuse will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Access to Digital Assets and Resources
During your active subscription, you may receive access to additional digital resources, including but not limited to:
Video assets provided through Google Drive
Keyboard shortcuts (DaVinci Resolve & Adobe Premiere Pro)
Fillable Shot List & Storyboard Templates
Notion Social Media Calendar Template
All of these resources may continue to be used after your active subscription expires or is cancelled. However, updates and future additional resources are not included or guaranteed to canceled or expired subscriptions.
The Digital Notion guide to Better Church Video is provided only to Individual plan subscribers paying annually or Team plan subscribers paying annually. Individual accounts paying monthly and team accounts paying monthly will not have access to this resource.
All other assets & resources are included with any paid subscription. These resources may also continue to be used past an active subscription period but does not include future additions or revisions unless the subscription is still active or renewed.
The digital Notion guide is licensed solely for individual or team use during and after active annual subscriptions and may not be shared, sold, or used outside the organization or individual originally granted access.
Cancelations and Termination of Access
Subscription fees grant access to the Course and associated materials during the active subscription period.
You may cancel your subscription at any point via the account tab on your course dashboard. However, please be aware that no refunds will be issued after a payment has been made, unless under exceptional circumstances as outlined in "Payments and Refund Policy."
Upon cancelation, individual subscribers, team account admins, and team account members will continue to have access to all Better Church Video subscription benefits through the end of the remaining subscription period, and your access to Better Church Video will end when your current subscription period ends.
Upon the termination of your subscription, you will retain the right to continue using any resources, assets, or Notion content you downloaded, bookmarked, or copied during your active subscription period. However, access to the following will no longer be available:
Downloading any additional resources or assets from the course.
Access to any newly added resources, assets, or course content after your subscription has ended.
Access to the course content platform.
Please note that this ongoing usage allowance for canceled or expired subscriptions is limited to the materials you accessed during your subscription and does not extend to updates or new additions. Any misuse or redistribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.
If a subscription lapses due to payment failure, access to all course content will be temporarily suspended. Access will be restored upon successful payment.
Overflow Creative, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
The Course is provided on an “as-is” basis. Overflow Creative, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the results you will achieve from applying the Course content.
We are not responsible for technical issues or service interruptions.
Liability for damages related to the use of the Course will not exceed the amount paid for the subscription.
Support
Support services for the Better Church Video course are included during your active subscription period. Support through email or a support ticket system is not guaranteed beyond the subscription end date.
Privacy and Data Handling
Your use of the Course is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Course after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of any material changes to these Terms via email or the course dashboard.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina and the home jurisdiction of Overflow Creative, LLC.
